Terms of Service
Month to month, no long contracts. These terms cover what we provide, what you're responsible for, and the limits of the service.
Terms
The agreement, in plain terms.
The service
NightShift Answering provides an AI phone receptionist that answers, triages, books and logs calls according to the configuration you approve. Availability depends on your telephony carrier and the third-party services we connect to on your behalf.
Not medical or veterinary advice
The receptionist does not diagnose, treat or advise on medical or veterinary matters, and nothing it says is a substitute for professional judgement. You are responsible for the escalation rules you provide and for having a human available for urgent calls.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the services, hours, pricing ranges, policies and escalation rules you give us are accurate, and that you have the right to forward your calls to us. You are responsible for any disclosure or consent required in your jurisdiction for call recording.
Fees and term
Plans are month to month and include a one-time build fee agreed before onboarding. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Add-ons and additional locations are quoted separately.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time effective at the end of your current billing month. On cancellation you stop forwarding calls to us and we deactivate your receptionist.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NightShift's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from missed or mishandled calls.
